OFFSHORE INSTALLATION & HOOKUP
To support complex offshore installation and hook-up activities, we leverage the capabilities of the Indonesian-flagged DLB 3000T vessel, Gunanusa Hailong 106, a high-capacity asset designed for heavy offshore construction in demanding marine environments. This vessel is engineered to perform a wide range of offshore operations, including rigid pipe-laying, heavy lifting, and decommissioning works, enabling efficient execution of EPCIC projects across offshore developments.
With an overall length of 169 meters and breadth of 46 meters, the barge is equipped with a 12-point anchoring system, allowing operations in water depths of up to 300 meters. Its heavy-lift capability reaches up to 3,000 tons on the main hook and 1,000 tons on the auxiliary hook, making it suitable for the installation of large offshore modules, jackets, topsides, and subsea structures. Certified under ABS class standards, the vessel ensures operational safety, structural integrity, and compliance with international marine regulations.
In pipe-laying operations, the vessel is capable of installing rigid pipelines ranging from 4 inches to 60 inches in diameter, with advanced tensioning systems and dual stringer sections to support precise offshore pipeline installation in challenging subsea conditions. These capabilities enable reliable execution of offshore field development, subsea tie-ins, and infrastructure expansion projects.
